We’ve a new member on the greenkeeping team! Welcome to Paul, who has joined for the summer to help keep the course and greens in top shape.

Dry and sunny weather meant the guys were able to get a full cut on the course, they even had to hand water a few dry spots. There have been weekly improvements ever since we received the new fleet of machinery, the fairways have especially been looking good. Tee boxes have gotten their July monthly feed of fertiliser and are in great shape and the bunkers and sprinkler heads were edged. We received a delivery of two new flagpoles which have been put up at the entrance and we are waiting for our new club flag and tricolour. Fairways were treated to their July monthly liquid feed and are looking fantastic. Tree ringing has been completed. The team completed the sanding and fertilising of the greens.

Check out some recent photos from the course in the below gallery.
