I am 17 years a qualified chef, having travelled around the world to extend my knowledge in all aspects of the catering industry. I am an Award winning Chef having worked in 5* Hotels and Top Class Restaurants in Dublin.
I look forward to the challenge of providing top quality food and service to the members and visitors of Hollywood Lakes Golf Club.
